Profile: 2007 was Ben’s first season playing rugby and after a slow start he cemented himself in the team in full back with some devastating runs from full back. Ben’s size and deceptively quick pace has established him as one of the main offensive weapons within the team. This year Ben has developed a kicking game to become a more all-round player, it would be fair to say he would have one of the biggest boot on him in any grade.

Ben 'The Ginge' Bakker Left his mark on 2007 as the most improved player... a revelation at fullback its hard to believe that this man was playing soccer only a year ago.
We look forward to continued improvement in 2008 to expunge memories of 'that pass'.
